Accommodation Planning:

Each individual has unique needs that may impact his or her ability to learn, or his or her performance at school or on the job, and it is the legal responsibility of schools and businesses to assure that all individuals are afforded equal access. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 provide the legal directives that must be followed in accommodation planning.
