Murphy & Associates is a network of professionals who has extensive training and experience in the field of special education and disAbilities.
We are experts in the areas of behavior, learning, speech and language, human development, disAbilities, assistive technologies, assessments, systems analyses, and training and development.
We are special educators, educational psychologists, speech pathologists, behavior specialists, technology specialists, curriculum and program developers, and administrators.
We have been involved with special education since before the passage of PL 94-142 in 1976. We have worked with every type of disAbility:

What We Do:
Murphy & Associates is one of the first companies to offer outsourcing in the area of special education and disAbility supports to schools and school districts.
Our clients do not have to go looking for people who possess the needed skills and knowledge, we do that for them! Our clients get the specialized knowledge and expertise they need - when they need it - without adding permanent staff.
We conduct an initial meeting with the potential client to discuss and clarify needs, define the goals or desired outcomes, conditions, and time frames. If it is determined that we can be of assistance, we then develop a proposal to achieve those defined outcomes.
We provide a team of experts, brought together specifically to handle the particular project - a one-time consultation or training, or a long-term, multi-task assignment. As the demands of the project change, the composition of the team might also change, at no additional cost to the client. We configure and reconfigure the team to meet the evolving demands of the project. The client may not always see all of the team members, as there will be those who work behind the scenes. However, all team members are in daily contact with one another throughout the duration of the project.
Our clients get the advantage of an experienced, hightly trained and talented team to handle their projects and trainings. Once the project is completed, the team leaves. No permanent personnel costs or obligations are incurred.
Our fees are typically based on either time, materials, and charges, or a flat project fee.
